纵观园区山势，群峰环抱、地形浑然天成，整体格局犹如一头雄狮伏地探水，坐西向东，因此得名「金狮探水」。

购买富贵产品后，仅需缴付一次性的永久管理费，作为永久信托管理基金，确保墓园未来的维修、保养及营运获得持续保障，后代子孙无需再承担任何管理费用。

目前，集团设立总值一亿令吉的永久信托管理基金，并委托RHB Trustees Berhad独立管理，确保基金专款专用。基金本金永久保留，仅以投资收益作为园区维护经费，用于道路维修、园艺保养、环境美化及24小时保安等各项管理服务。

The Trust Fund, valued at RM100 million, is independently managed by RHB Trustees Berhad, ensuring transparency and that the funds are used solely for their intended purpose. Only the investment returns are utilised for park maintenance, while the principal remains preserved.

The fund supports essential services such as road maintenance, landscape care, garden upkeep, and 24-hour security, ensuring that the memorial park remains beautifully maintained for generations to come.
